We want you to love your Shapeheart pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
